Question by James R: Little kids in the class I'm working with are having sex. How do I tell the teacher?

I volunteer in a 4th grade class as a helper. During reading time, this one girl always sits on a boy's lap and they put a cushion on top of them. I can tell that their pants are off, and they are always hiding the back squirming. How do I explain this to the teacher? I can't just say, "Those kids are having sex, by the way." can I?
